Bill was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico in 1983.

 

He moved to El Salvador to finish his studies, earning an architectural bachelor degree from the “José Simeón Cañas” University in 2012. It is currently one of the best universities in Central America.

Looking for more international experience Bill migrated to Canada in 2014. 

He attended Sheridan College, earning an architectural technologist diploma. There he learned new design techniques and knowledge of new Canadian construction systems and the OBC.
