
Bill Pacheco was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, in 1983.
He later moved to El Salvador to pursue his architectural education, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad Centroamericana “José Simeón Cañas” (UCA) in 2012, widely recognized as one of the leading academic institutions in Central America.
His early professional experience includes work with EMC Arquitectura, where he contributed to the design and development of architectural projects, gaining a strong foundation in conceptual design, detailing, and project execution.https://www.evahindsarquitectura.com/
In 2014, driven by a desire to expand his international experience and design perspective, Bill relocated to Canada. He continued his professional development at Sheridan College, earning an Architectural Technologist Diploma. During this period, he acquired in-depth knowledge of Canadian construction systems, advanced design methodologies, and the Ontario Building Code (OBC).
